A workspace is where great ideas come to life. Having a well-designed office space is important, as employees spend a good amount of time ideating at the office. A modern and functional office design makes the environment more productive.

Given the current declining economic situation, organisations are opting for more affordable alternatives such as hot desking and shorter rental leases. Hot desking suits organisations best when there are employees working on a shift basis or with flexi-working hours; while shorter rental leases means less commitment. This, however, doesn’t mean that organisations are unable to elevate the workspace with amazing office interior design. 1. Provide a Personal and Private Space for Your Employees

Hot-desking is a cost-efficient office arrangement that is quickly becoming a norm. However, a hot-desking environment lacks personal and private space. These spaces are essential in the workplace, especially when conference calls need to be made. Employees will also need space to express themselves without the worry of disrupting others. Furniture with acoustic functions like our phone pods are some of the products that can solve this issue.

A simple partition design can also do plenty for some much-needed privacy in the office, especially those with an open concept. It can be as simple as a semi-translucent partition design that covers up to 70% of your upper torso when you are seated on your office workstation. 2. Go for Furniture and Decorative Items that are Flexible

Versatile furniture is a staple in great modern office interior design ideas! 3. Use Vacant Office Space Effectively
